We consult throughout the demo project and then do a walk-through about 2 weeks out from the Staging day. Our Lead Stager will take before photos and decide on what furniture and accessories will be used to make the property come alive.
Each investor completes various numbers of properties yearly. We can talk about volume discounts if there will be consistently eight (8) houses to stage yearly. Staging packages should be considered based on the price point of the house and the type of buyer you're trying to attract.
